This course explores the history, significance, organization, documents, implications, norms, and public policies associated with the contemporary movement to recognize and enforce legal and moral standards of international human rights.

In Anticipation of the Trip

This trip is providing a wonderful opportunity for all of us to see human right violations first hand. Hopefully, we will all be able to return with a more personal perspective on the situations we encounter and it will generate additional discussions for class.
